  • Health data: tests and packages you book, appointment and sample-collection details, and reports made available in your account. Health data is treated as sensitive and handled with additional care.
  • Transaction data: booking history and payment status. Card/UPI details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway (Razorpay) — we do not store your full payment credentials.
  • Technical data: device, browser and usage information needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

  • To provide diagnostics, teleconsultations and corporate health services you request.
  • To schedule collections/visits, deliver reports, and process payments and refunds.
  • To authenticate you (one-time passwords) and secure your account.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share your data only as needed to deliver the service — with partner laboratories, diagnostic centres and consulting doctors fulfilling your booking; with our payment gateway; and with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. Retention & security

We retain personal and health data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/medical record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls.
