These Terms govern your use of medvega.com and the diagnostics, teleconsultation and corporate-health services offered by PrimeNest HealthCare Pvt Ltd (“Medvega”). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & account
You must be 18 or older (or use the service under a guardian’s supervision) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Access is via one-time password.
Services & medical disclaimer
Medvega facilitates lab tests, imaging, health packages and doctor teleconsultations delivered by our partner labs, centres and licensed doctors. Content on the site and test results are for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Bookings, pricing & payment
Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our gateway (Razorpay). A booking is confirmed once payment is successful. We may cancel or reschedule where a test, slot or centre becomes unavailable, in which case our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the platform, or submit false or another person’s information without authority.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Medvega is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Clinical services are the responsibility of the performing lab, centre or doctor. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
